Texas Deductible Compliance
- Texas law (HB 2102) requires a person insured under a property insurance policy to pay any deductible applicable to a first-party claim made under the policy. It is a violation of Texas law for a seller of goods or services who reasonably expects to be paid wholly or partly from the proceeds of a property insurance claim to knowingly allow the insured person to fail to pay, or assist the insured person's failure to pay, the applicable insurance deductible.
Pro-Insurance Technical Support
- DFW Roofers operates as a registered roofing contractor and does not act as a public insurance adjuster. While we provide an Insurance Aligned Process including detailed damage documentation and accurate technical repair data for your carrier we do not negotiate claim settlements or represent policyholders to insurance companies. Our role is limited to providing technical expertise to ensure accurate transparent pricing for the scope of work required.
Governing Law and Venue
- These Terms and any disputes arising from your use of this website or our services shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. By using this site, you agree that the exclusive venue for any legal proceedings shall be in Collin County, Texas.
